Chatham Bar Inn is ready for St. Patrick’s Day and they are sharing their Irish-inspired recipes with us. They’ve created this amazing Iced Irish Coffee to feature as their cocktail of the week.
ICED IRISH COFFEE
- 1.5oz favorite Irish Whiskey
- Pint glass full of ice
- Brew of iced coffee
- 1oz Irish Cream Liquor
- 1oz heavy cream
Whip the heavy cream and the Irish cream together to top the cocktail. It will sink into the glass mixing in with the dark concoction of whiskey and cold brew coffee creating a cocktail both beautiful to look at and beautiful to taste!
