We are located on an actual Island with the Hudson River running along both sides of the property. This unique location offers some of the best views of anywhere around. We also have easy access to downtown Troy without being in the city itself, which is great for accessibility.
What is your favorite part about working/managing Starbuck Island?
The tenants at Starbuck Island are some of the best around! It’s a great little community where everyone knows everyone and the office staff and maintenance crew will go out of their way to help make you feel at home and content.
What are the most popular amenities/activities for your residents?
We are still finishing the construction of some of our amenities, but the state-of-the-art fitness center and double pools, and outdoor fireplaces are going to be the highlight of our community areas!
What measures has Starbuck Island taken to ensure the safety of your staff and residents on a day to day basis?
In addition to our already extensive cleaning procedures, since March we have increased daily cleaning to included constant wipe downs of door handles, elevators, community spaces, and hallways. Masks must be worn inside all common areas, and tours are limited to two people from the same household.
During the pandemic what is the process for people interested in Starbuck Island to tour?
We are offering in-person tours by appointment only. You must call ahead to schedule an appointment and we suggest 24-hour notice. We also have virtual tours online on our website!
